VS 2005 - Could not load file or assembly 'CoreLab.PostgreSQL.Design' 2.55.27 after upgrade to 3.20.16

When starting a VS2005 Solution this error shows up.
...but we do not reference this dll in any project !

After confirming the Error with 'ok' VS comes up with the solution and everithing is working fine.

What causes the problem ? Got any Idea how to solve it ? Some where the old Versoin must stick around but where ?

If this doesn't happen with projects that do not use PostgreSQLDirect .NET, check carefully your project.
