AccessViolationException Thrown From Devart.Data.Linq.DataProvider Constantly Crashing Application

I'm having a serious problem with AccessViolationExceptions crashing an application at all client sites it's running at. I've tried adjusting the connection string, I've tried synchronizing all access to the database via a lock, and nothing seems to be helping. Quite frankly, even if I'm doing something wrong on my side, it shouldn't lead to the application crashing, at least give me a chance to catch/handle the exception!

Here are stack traces from the last 2 days at just one client site on one Surface tablet, the faulting module is always SQLite3.dll, I'm using SQLiteCrypt:

Please tell us the capacity of the SQLiteCrypt sqlite3.dll assembly.
Please also tell us which capacity does the computer, you want to perform your application on, have?
1. If x86, place the x86 sqlite3.dll library to your application folder or to the %WinDir%\System32 folder.
2. If x64, place the x64 sqlite3.dll library to the %WinDir%\System32 folder and the x86 sqlite3.dll library to the %WinDir%\SysWOW64 folder or create the 'x64' and 'x86' folders in your application folder and place the corresponding libraries to them.

Please also tell us, if you replace the SQLiteCrypt assembly with a standard one, whether the error occurs or not?

dotConnect for SQLite/LinqConnect is not thread safe, so it is necessary to make sure that separate connection is used for each thread or synchronize the threads yourself.

If possible, send us a test project that reproduces the issue. This will significantly speed up the process of determining the cause of the error and finding the solution for it.
