Entity Framework Crashes

I installed dotConnect for SQlite and attempted to launch the Entity Framework and it crashed. I have the log 
Please use Entity Developer to generate Devart Entity model.
We don't have technical possibility to support Microsoft ADO.NET Entity Data model wizard.
If the problem is not associated with adding a new model to the project, please provide a more detailed description of the problem.
