SQLCipher for database encryption

Post by WRickS » Tue 13 Sep 2011 17:47

Currently there is not a free encryption option available (I am aware of) with your product. SQLCipher http://sqlcipher.net/ is an open-source i.e., free solution for sqlite database encryption which is the same as CEROR and SEE, a SQLite extension. My questions are:

Is SQLCipher on your radar?

If so, is there an expected release?

If not, why would you not want to include it?

We cannot access http://sqlcipher.net/. We will investigate the possibility of implementing the SQLCipher support when site will be available.
