ORACLE 11 C + UNIDAC ver 9.2.1

Hi. support team.
we have used the uniDAC ver 7.2.1 with ORACLE ver 11c.
but on-site, the operator has updated into ORACLE 19c.
but after upgrading, happened the error for login failed.
so we have checked the user id and password first if it is correct.
but that was all right. so we have purchased Unidac ver 9.2.1.
unfortunately, even though we changed a new one then still, nothing changed.
the referred text was captured by our application.
we hope to be able to get a workaround for this situation.
