I see I can only download source and not precompiled versions. I pay more get less. The source is really just a safety net.

I don't mind if you provided a program to compile and install everything like DevExpress does or TRichview or HTMLEditor, but instead ...

I use the Make.bat you provided. Copied the BPL's to System32 - I see them. But when I run Delphi (Seattle) and try to Install the Package - Delphi cannot see them..... File Explorer show them and Delphi search Window does not. Waste too much time here....

So I eventually used the ProjectGroup and build and intstall.....

I paid for the source and I work harder to install ....<rant over>

Check again as it should be working now. It was also not showing for me, but it is now.
