Purchased UniDac professional subscription and it took 47 hours to get the license.
Purchased Delphi 10 and got the license within 24 hours.
I guess it's not acceptable in modern times to wait longer than one day for a simple update even the delivery time is advertised as "within 48 hours".
As I'm selling software online myself and I know that customers don't like to wait days to get their license. Please hire an assistant to manage your licenses even on weekends!!!
By the way, your forum was very slow on sunday 22:00.
Update monday (9:59) : Got the license, finally. But you should work on delivery time.
