unidac61d14pro.exe doesn't run

Every couple of months I have to upgrade Unidac on a couple
of machines - generally when it prompts to do so.

This time I downloaded unidac61d14pro.exe and expected no trouble.

But the exe doesn't run on ANY of the development machines,
which are a mix of vista and windows 2003 and 2008 machines.

It doesn't show in processes or do anything visible.
Naturally I re-downloaded the file a couple of times - same result.
This is 6.1.3 for D2010.

Have I missed some new required step?
