DB2 connetion problem

I upgraded to 5.3.9 last week and I when try to connet DB2 database I get the next error: can't initialize sql environment. Error -1
any suggestion please

Please specify the exact DB2 server and client versions, and the IDE version.

Is not a problem of DB2 server or client versión, the problem appear when I tray tu open the arrow as you can see in yelow color

Before selecting a database, you should set all the connection parameters: Server, Port, UserName and Password.

Please clarify, is connection established if you specify the database name manually?

We couldn't reproduce the problem on our servers. Please specify the exact versions of DB2 client and server.
