Licensing and Unidac 5

I have written to Devart sales on July 8, and to Devart support on July 13, but got no response, so I'm posting my question here.

How can I download the Unidac 5 components that's been released? My Unidac 4 Progessional subscription expires in September 2013, so I should be able to download Unidac 5.
