Hello !!!
is there any one who can advise me what is the set of components should i purchase knowing that i write applications for several DB servers ...
If you advice me to purchase UNIDAC(suitable for many Db Server) for example I wonder if the unidac components for MYSQL are more or such powerful then MYDAC .. (same thing for other DAC Packages VS Unidac).

UniDAC provides a transparent server-independent interface for working with different databases, for example, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, InterBase, and others. However, MyDAC has access to more server-specific features of MySQL Server, like MyBackup, MyServerControl, and MyEmbConnection. You can learn more about MyDAC features here: http://devart.com/mydac/features.html , and about UniDAC features here: http://devart.com/unidac/features.html . If you want to use server-specific functionality of each database server, it's better to use specific DAC components to work with them. If you are not interested in using server-specific features, you can use UniDAC. UniDAC uses each DAC components functionality, so you will have almost the same performance with UniDAC and specific DAC components.
You can try using Trial Editions of UniDAC and other DAC components, and check what product is the most appropriate for you. Trial Editions are fully functional for a 60-day trial period.
