Hi,



We as a government organization can not buy software by using a credit card. We can only pay by electronic funds transfer after receiving of formal invoice. For EFT transactions our banks in South Africa need the physical address of the bank receiving the transferred funds.

Payment for your software is thru Share-It!

I experience the uttermost frustrations dealing with Share-It!. Firstly it took more than a month to get a formal invoice from Share-It. The physical address of their bank is not disclosed on the invoice. Currently Charmine H. from Share-It promissed this information.


Can you PLEASE assist to waken up Share-It to supply us with the physical address of their bank or give us an alternative bank with a physical address.

If I do not get the information within the next two days, I will be forced to cancel the order.

...... and I'm still waiting.

I wonder why they are so reluctant to disclose the physical address of their bank? I also noticed the two directors are German citizens. Perpahaps the German Receiver of Revenue will become interested in this case.

Noticeable is the lack of contact information on their web site. I'm now trying to contact ComponentSource. We bought the existing license thru them.
