NET: Network error (107)

In UniDAC 3.50.0.13 for DelphiXE connected with ProviderName=Oracle.
The application works, but the service does not work. When choosing Connected:=True, I get an error: NET: Network error (107)

Hello,
I cannot reproduce the problem.
Please try to download the latest version of UniDAC (3.60.0.15) and try again.
if the error persists, please send a complete small sample to alexp*devart*com to demonstrate the problem.

OK. I downloaded the latest version of UniDAC (3.60.0.15). But the problem remains. Sent an example. Project2 - the applications, Project1- the service.[/code]
