Current DBMonitor version is out of date. Please update.

Hi devart Team.
I had to reinstall all my dev environment but when trying to run my project using devart components i got the folowin message
Current DBMonitor version is out of date. Please update.
im using the version 2.70.0.11 on Rad Studio 2007
the version of dbmonitor is 3.0.3
and in the about window i see the line
DBMonitor -- not available.
how can i fix this??
