Setup has detected already installed DAC problem

Hello,
I get this error when I try to install unidac on my delphi 2010 , I am sure I removed the previous unidac version and I have now only fibplus , but I need it , I hope this is not the reason for this message

ok that makes the setup start but now I have another error message while installing

I am on windows 7 64bit by the way , is that the problem ?

try this,
remove all version of DevArt components
find for files *dac*.* and delete this.. (spacially .bpl )
disable UAC
run install with adminitrator rigths

I did that and now I can run setup without /force but the last error message is the same

try to install Unidac in Default Path

I tried that
however I continue the setup and it work , but why this error !!

This problem happened when trying to install SDAC 6.1.6 after removing 7.0.2.
After some unsuccesful attempts (deleting bpl, dcus and registry keys) i reinstalled SDAC 7 (newer), uninstalled it again and installed SDAC 6 (older).
Then it worked.
