I have just upgraded to Builder 2009 and I get the above error when I compile a program (existing and new projects)

The file exists in the C:\Program Files\Devart\MyDac for RAD Studio 2009\Lib folder and I have tried adding directly to the project

any ideas?

You should open Project | Options, then add the \Lib directory to the Directories and Contitionals \ Library Path.
