hi,

i downloaded the beta version of unidac (UniDAC 1.00 Beta for Delphi, C++Builder, and RAD Studio 2007) to evaluate it and ran into the following troubles. i only have delphi 2007 for win32 installed on my computer. i get the error-message: "The CodeGear RAD Studio 2007 IDE is not installed. UniDAC installation aborted" when starting the setup.

UniDAC installtion checks that Delphi is installed by retrieving the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Borland\BDS\5.0\RootDir" value. Please make sure that these key and value exist and that you have rights to read this value.
