There is some delay when Design time package (dclunidac) UniDAC 5.1.4 under Delphi7

There is some delay (It depends on computer about a few second i3 SSD to a few decade seconds under E5400 with HDD) when Design time package (dclunidac) UniDAC 5.1.4 load in Delphi7. When I remove this package it start loading quickly. This delay starts after splash screen hides. It's so strange. I've never seen it before.

Hi guys. The story continue. Some weird thought came in my head and I created new design time package, named it dclunidac_my70.dpk, added unireg.pas, unidesign.pas and then installed it. The problem went away. But any attempt of renaming this package to original name got fail. the Delay during load became.

Thank you for the information, we have already fixed this problem, the fix will be included to the next UniDAC version.
