How can I download version 5.0

I am a licensed user of the UniDac Professional (license number is 01349)
I purchased UniDac in February 2013 - the renewal of the licence.
Yesterday I logged in to registered users' area to receive the version 5.0.
But when I logged in, I saw only the version 4.6.12.
Please for the help.
