ORA-28001 ( passwor expired ) using oracle

Hello

I'm using Oracle with unidac 4.1.3. New created users have an expired password. How can I handle that with unidac?

I'm using direct mode connections

Hello,

Unfortunately, at the moment UniDAC does not support changing of an expired password, this feature is available only in ODAC. We will consider the possibility of implementing this functionality in one of the next UniDAC versions.

Bad news. Is that correct, that if I want to use that feature also in direct mode, I'd have to buy Odac Professional Version?

Hello,

If you need to have a possibility for changing the expired password, you have to use ODAC Professional.
