DBNETLIB ConnectionOpen

Anyone know why I would get this error says sql server does not exist when I am using oracle in direct mode?

Note also this works fine on an xp box but when testing on a Server 2012 it does not?

Do more testing but thought I would put it out there.

Found th eissue has a connection on the form that was not used.
