Little Problem with tunnel.php

Hi,

i have a Little Problem with the tunnel.php on one Server. I configured all correct
and enable logging and debug.
thats the errorlog:

On the Server it runs PHP 5.3.29
I test the same on a other Server all works correct.
Can you give me a hint to solve this?
