A call to an OS function failed.

Post by pedja2 » Mon 28 Dec 2020 12:55

Hello,

I am using certificat's with MySSLIOHandler and a few of our customers getting soms error: A call to an OS function failed.

main thread ($1d34):
00460afc +007c App.exe System.SysUtils RaiseLastOSError
00460a77 +0007 App.exe System.SysUtils RaiseLastOSError
00460b33 +0007 App.exe System.SysUtils Win32Check
01ee4814 +0134 App.exe ScCryptoAPIStorage TScCryptoAPIStorage.GetCertKey
01ed3229 +007d App.exe ScBridge TScCertificate.GetKey
030e432d +02e1 App.exe ProcUnit1 14222 +49 Uloguj

Without certifact's they getting mysql connection. Bij one case problem was firewall but at this specific customer even if firewall and anti virus are disabled is not working.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce the issue.
Please make sure you are using the latest version of MyDAC 10.3.2 SecureBridge 9.4.1 and Embarcadero RAD Studio 10.4 Sydney Release 1. If so In order for us to be able to give you a detailed answer, please compose a small sample demonstrating the described behavior and send it to us through the contact form https://devart.com/company/contactform.html.
