Change directory operation failed with SecureFX

Post by mbillig02 » Sat 18 Jul 2020 12:09

I have been working on an sftp server (sbridge 9.3.1) and recently tried connecting with SecureFX. When trying to change directory I receive a "Change directory operation failed". FileZilla and WinSCP clients do not have issues. If I use SecureFX on other sftp servers it also works fine. Any thoughts?

SecureFX error:
Change directory operation failed with '/FSR-Test'.
i SEND : RealPath, base=/FSR-Test
i SEND : change-path=/FSR-Test
i RealPath failed (0x00000002): The system cannot find the file specified.

Is there any update on this issue. I checked the latest release and it is still an issue.

Should I report this issue to Vandyke (SecureFX)?

We've successfully tested SecureBridge 9.4.1 with Secure FX 8.7.2 and SecureFX 8.7.3. Please make sure that you're using the latest version of SecureBridge (9.4.1). If the issue still persists, please send an example of your server with all necessary files.

I thought I had tested properly but I did not. It is working. Sorry for the alarm.
