Do I need to buy Delphi 6 SSH SFTP licence every year or do I have to buy licence only first time and then I can use Delphi 6 SSH SFTP many years?

The license itself is permanent in the sense that a particular version can be used without any time limitations.
In general, Devart products are sold on the subscription basis. The subscription is valid for 1 year after the new license purchase. So the end-user can download new versions of the product for free during a year. When this period ends, they need to renew their subscription to have the possibility to download the latest tool versions during next year.
