Odd issue with upload using SFTPClient

Hi,
I did a bunch of testing to the external vendors Globalscape server and it now appears to be some issue with their server.
We have not modified the SFTP client code on our side (except for the things I mentioned in this thread and I reverted everything back)

We had them enable the delete permission to see if that was causing the file handle to be messed up and it helped initially but then after a few minutes it started timing out again after the devart client send the closehandle command.

I can see if they are open to letting you guys connect, but it's not likely.

I was able to verify the issue is also happening when files are uploaded with Filezilla, so I don't think it's a issue with the Devart client code.
