How to display SFTP Progress Bar?

Hi, im trying your product... is a powerfull product and i will buy it, now the question... I want to know how to display progress bar wheen download and upload using sftp.

i try t use

OnData Event -> Filename, Offset and Count vars.

can someone provide a sample code displaying progressbar and full file size.
