Trial SSH Server (service) demo on non development PC

I try Trial Secure Bridge 2.50.0.9 for Delphi 7 - SSHServerService from demo. On development PC (with Delphi) is possible to start this service. I would like to try this on different PC with Windows Server 2003 but service doesn't start. This is limitation of trial version?

Before running the service, install it calling the following command:
SSHServerService.exe /install
