Microsoft Crypto dependency and Xe2?

Post by snorkel » Thu 22 Sep 2011 14:42

Any plans to remove the M$ crypto dependency so securebridge would work with XE2 and
firemonkey on other platforms?

At the moment we don't plan to add own crypto support. We will reinvestigate the possibility of adding such functionality in the future.

What about using a Delphi native encryption package such as streamsec or maybe even using open SSL dlls?

Thanks, it would just be super cool to be able to use secure bridge on Mac OSX and hopefully linux in the near future with XE2.
