Securebridge and NON clear text passwords

Hi,
in the OpenSSH config file you can set:

# To disable tunneled clear text passwords, change to no here!
PasswordAuthentication no

When this is set to no the server expects the passwords to be hashed or encrptyed and I can't connect with securebridge.

Is there a way in SB to handle this that I missed?
