Packet Size is Invalid error on Connect

Post by ron_grove » Fri 20 May 2016 20:12

Hello,

The error message is: "Packet size 1349676901 is invalid"

This problem that looks the same as the one in this old post. But the thread doesn't provide details about how the issue was resolved in the last post, just that it was:

viewtopic.php?f=27&t=23117&hilit=packet+size+invalid

- I'm using Delphi XE2 and Secure Bridge 6.5.8.
- Just like the other customer, we can connect with WinSCP and Filezilla just fine.
- The TScSSHClient.ClientInfo.Version property after it attempts to connect is OpenSSH 6.6.1 (since that's one of the questions you asked him).
- This is a hosted Sftp server a customer is using. I do not have access to it. I can only connect and upload files.

Do you have any ideas I can try? I don't see any properties that allow me to specify packet sizes.

Thank you,
Ron

Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce the issue. Please update SecureBridge to the latest version (7.0.1). If this doesn't help solve the issue, give us access to your SSH server.
