What is fixed in build 4.7.10 ?

Hello,
In change log you said only :
=> RAD Studio 10 Seattle is supported
=> Now Trial for Win64 is a fully functional Standard Edition
In my case, this last build solved a connection problem on server win 2012.
the connection took 2,5 minutes to be established ! (tested with 4.6.9, 4.5 and 4.3)
No problem with 4.7.10, but is possible to know what have you fixed ?
