Slow Slow Driver Devart for DBExpress in Firebird 2.0.5

Post by chaplinux » Thu 08 Apr 2010 14:28

50% slowdowns with driver to Devart DBExpress in Firebird 2.0.5.
When I use the dbexpida.dll my program is slow. dbexpint.dll to use the default driver is fast.

My server is Linux Debian Lenny 64-bit and 64-bit Firebird 2.0.5. Working with Delphi 7.1

I'm testing the driver for later purchase it. more with this slowness does not!

Our tests show that DbxIda driver is faster than the standard dbExpress driver.
Please send me a complete sample to dmitryg*devart*com to demonstrate the problem, including a script to create and fill table.
