Can't find TIBCQuery's SmartRefresh property in Object Inspector

I can't find the SmartRefresh property of TIBCQuery component in the OI. What's my mistake?

My environment:
BDS 2006 10.0.2445.40105 Update 2, Hotfixes 1- 9
MyDAC 4.40.0.19
IBDAC 1.10.0.11

IBDAC doesn't have SmartRefresh functionality.
This is our mistake, during Help altering from ODAC to IBDAC. This issue will be fixed in the next IBDAC build.
