I have worked with ODAC components, hence I am considering to migrate my personal IB/FB apps to IBDAC. IBO is also an option.

Prior to ordering the product, my question is: there are unbiased comparatives of IBDAC vs IBO?

We don't carry out such comparison. I could say that if you are using our DAC products and plan to use several of it in one application it is better to use IBDAC.
