Syntax highlighting

I have read in FAQ that in order to enable syntax highlighting at design time SynEdit should be installed. Is there anything else should be done? I still don't get syntax highlighting.

We have downloaded SynEdit from https://github.com/SynEdit/SynEdit and installed all necessary packets -- the syntax is highlighted in our environment. If the syntax highlighting is still not working on your machine, please indicate the exact version number of your Delphi instance.

Syntax highlighting doesn't work in Delphi 7. I've tested in Delphi XE2 with the same set of components and it works fine.
