Hello,

I've submitted a request to reopen bug report #58959 in an e-mail and then the online support interface a week later, but I didn't get a reply within 2 weeks. Could you please get back to me and let me know if this issue is being investigated? Thanks.

Hello,

When are you expecting to have a solution for this issue?

What steps have you taken so far to resolve it?

If you need more testing I can help but I'd like to have a solution in the near future (issue was reported in February, now it's April)...
