Bug or Option in consultation with TClientDataSet??

With this query with dbExpress runs about 46 seconds longer with IBDAC is about 20 minutes may be some setting that I do not know where or even a bug I discovered.

I'm using Firebird 2.1
Delphi 2010
Windows 7 32 Bits

Note: I did tests with FibPlus 7 and it is fast takes just 41 seconds
