Installation problem XE2 Update 4 Hotfix 1

Post by christio » Wed 23 May 2012 06:52

Hi,

After installing the hotfix Ibdac 4.1.6 throws an error on starting the IDE: package dclibdac160.bpl must be compiled before using.
Reinstalling does not lead to success.

Regards,
Chris

Hello.

Current release of IBDAC is compatible with Delphi XE2 Update 4.
The Hotfix 1 support will be included in the next version of IBDAC.
Presently, you can upgrade your IBDAC edition to the edition with source code, and it will allow you to avoid all issues with compatibility.
