Purchasing IBDAC/MYDAC through share-it

Hi

I have spent the last 24 hours trying to order your product through share-it and it has failed again and again. Despite several e-mails to share-it and devart the problem is still not resolved.

I hope someone can help me to purchase your products using paypal.

Hi

I requested for help because the standard answers provided by share-it do not work.

I have followed every instruction that has been provided. I use my paypal account with several vendors without any problem. I only have problems with share-it.

Is there any way I can pay direct to some account to get this transaction done. the problem is with share-its automated paypal.

my latest transaction failed again.

Sorry for bothering you guys, but share-it refuses to help resolve this despite several e-mails. Is there anyway I can buy your product without going through share-it?

There is no problem with my paypal account, but share-it refuses to acknowledge this. I can send the funds directly to you.

I have already invested a lot of time and effort using your trial version and if I cannot purchase your product, I will have to start all over again. Hope you guys can help.

Hi

It has now been 5 days since my first attempt to purchase your product. Share-it has been extremely unhelpful with standard cut and paste replies.

Their standard answer is :

We regret to inform you that your order has not been processed due to
mismatched information entered online and possibly other discrepancies.

I have tried every permutation and combination I can think of, but without knowing what this so called discrepancies are, it is impossible to do this. I have even used a second paypal account still cannot get it to work. Both accounts are credit card verified accounts.

The only other possibility is that share-it has a bug its system and they are hiding behind this standard answer.

If I had not hired somebody to write an application using IBDAC, I can simply abandon this pursuit. My project is at a standstill and I will suffer much greater losses than $99 if I don't buy your product.

Hope someone will take some effort to resolve this.
