connection Problem with vista

I have a project on windows XP (delphi 7,FB 1.5) that I put on vista...

when I want to connect my database with TIBCConnection I have always
a message "Database unvailable"

where is the mistake :cry:

ok ,i found my mistake...
connection string error....with TCP
