Error with IBCTable and IBCQuery

Before about one month I have downloaded IBDAC trial version 2.20.2.14 and it was working.
Two days ago I have received IBDAC professional version 2.20.2.15 and is not working properly.
The problem is that when you use IBCQuery or IBCTable component it leaves blank fields that are of CHAR or VARCHAR type.
How can I solve these problem?
