D2009 Pro registered not on download page

I've been to the registered users download page. The new version 2.7 is not displayed on the page. Still showing 2.5 version

For users with active subscription upgrade to the new version is free. To get the new version please send your developer license number to our sales team by e-mail.

I have sent the required email - 48 hours later no reply.
This method of updating is not the most efficient. Why is the original registered user's download page not just updated - we need passwords to access it anyway.

The update should be free and automatic, I do not understand why so many formalities!!!!
