can not connect to firebird 3

hello,
using your product demo of ibdac , Firebird-3.0.0.32366_0_Win32_RC2 and delphi 10 . when i am trying to connect to my database file i get the error :
"Install incomplete, please read the compatability chapter in the release notes for this version."
with FireBird 2.5 nothing happen, every thing working well.
is your product support Firebird-3.0.0.32366_0_Win32_RC2 ?
any Help?
