First I have installed DevStudio English Trial. It worked without problem.
Then I have removed the DevStudio English Trial and have installed the DevStudio Russian Edition.
MySQL Developer Studio Russian Edition slowly works.
Problem in slow display visual controls.
Why?

Problem seems strange. There should not be any deceleration with Russian version. We'll make a comparison between two editions.
