MySQL Developer Studio 2.0. No upgrade price ?

I have a licensed version 1.51.33 (which was released a few months ago). This new version seems to have interesting new features, but pay the whole price again seems to be outrageous. At least, there is no mention to an upgrade price in crlab site. Am I missing something ?

We offer free upgrade to the new MySQL Developer Studio 2.00 for all registered users.
You had to receive newsletter with announce information.
To get upgrade please contact our sales by email and specify your developer license number.
