dbForge MySQL 2020 Bug - Too Many Connections deleting Stored Procedures

I was deleting 122 stored procedures from our RDS database and got the "too many connections" error. Couldn't even reconnect after that. I went to dbForge MySQL 2019 and it deleted them no problem, so it appears to be a bug with 2020 BETA.
