"Can not send report." When trying to report crash with dbForge Studio 2019 for MySQL

Whenever dbForge Studio 2019 for MySQL (latest release) crashes and the error handler comes up, I always get a "Can not send report." dialogue, so the error never reaches DevArt.

Would be nice if this actually worked :(

Alternatively, you can click the 'click here' highlighted in blue link in the error report dialog, copy the full text of the error and send it to supportATdevartDOTcom .
