dbForge Studio 2019 for MySQL crashes loading my Diagram

Every attempt to load my customized Data Diagram results in a crash, so it's no longer accessible. This is the custom diagram I've been working with for more than a month; the issue just started this morning.

I try to send a bug report, but it fails.

How can I get you a copy of the error report? I do not want to post it here since it contains personal/confidential data.
