Change the default delimiter when exporting csv?

Post by infotechsafco » Thu 12 Sep 2019 20:18

Is it possible to change the default delimiter to a comma when exporting to csv or is there a plan to add this to a future release? I'm not really sure why a semi-colon is the default option for a csv file.

I see in a previous posting that this may be an option as a version 8.1. I'm currently on 8.2.

There is no such a possibility. Though, we will add it in one of the next product versions.

Please include me as a "me-too" requesting that comma be allowed to be set as a default when exporting to CSV and/or copying data from the grid to CSV.

This functional was included in dbForge Studio for MySQL 9.0.
MainMenu -> Tools -> Options -> Data Export -> CSV
